Design principles
Keep it simple
Strive to reduce the effort a customer has to put in to set up a goal. Leverage customer data to prefill and make recommendations.
Make it obvious
We know customers are task focused when logging into Mint. Goal topics should be obvious and easy to access.
Reduce friction
Reduce any unnecessary friction that a customer may have in making decisions, we should recommend and predefine selections as much as possible
Celebrate all wins
Reward customers for all steps taken into forming better spending habits. (e.g. Signing up for a goal)
